Sales Executive - ExorLive (Norway)

About the role

ExorLive, the Nordic leader in exercise and rehabilitation technology, is looking for a Sales Executive to own its home market, Norway. The role takes over the large-deal motion for regions, health trusts, rehab institutions and large clinics and chains, from first contact to signed contract. It sits within a Norwegian team of three reporting to the Nordic Sales Lead, with close involvement from the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end to end, from first contact to signed contract.
• Drive the large-deal motion into regions, health trusts, rehab institutions and large clinics and chains.
• Navigate public procurement: frameworks, tenders and long, political buying cycles.
• Run direct B2B sales into clinics, large chains and other private buyers in parallel.
• Build and prioritise your own territory, hybrid and in-market, and keep your pipeline clean with CRM discipline and accurate forecasts.
• Hand over signed deals cleanly to the CSM / implementation team and share learnings with the Nordic team.

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in B2B/B2G SaaS sales, with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Background in SaaS, health-tech or digital tools sold into healthcare or the public sector.
• Comfortable selling to both public-sector and private B2B buyers; experience with public procurement, framework agreements and tenders is an advantage.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales in healthcare and the public sector, and selling to regions, hospitals or large chains.
• Credibility with senior decision-makers such as regions or hospitals.
• Good communication in Norwegian and English.
