ServiceNow Consultant

About the role

Sopra Steria, which has the largest specialist community for ServiceNow in Norway, is looking for consultants to strengthen its local team in Trondheim. You will advise on, design and implement solutions based on the ServiceNow platform for some of the most interesting Norwegian customers, both in the private and public sectors.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in IT, with a good understanding of how technology can improve work processes
• Ability to understand customer needs and the relationships between different systems
• Good Norwegian and English, spoken and written
• Higher education, preferably with relevant certifications
• Or a background as a system developer with technical skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS or similar

Required skills

• Experience with digital platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager or similar
• Relevant certifications
