About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic servers and Front‑of‑House team members to join the launch of FiftyFour, a brand‑new restaurant in the heart of Vika, Oslo. The concept blends African flavors with Nordic and French culinary techniques, offering a contemporary dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Maintain high service quality and create memorable guest experiences.
• Present the menu, recommend dishes and drinks, and answer guest questions.
• Take orders accurately and ensure correct registration.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Keep tables, service areas and workstations tidy and inviting.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team for efficient operation.
• Handle payments and follow cash‑handling procedures.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and continuous improvement.
• Follow hygiene, safety and quality routines.

Required profile

• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to contribute.
• Enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Team‑oriented with a strong sense of collaboration.
• Willing to develop alongside the team.
• Previous experience in restaurant or service industry is a plus.
