Accounting Team Leader

About the role

Enora, a newly established Nordic accounting and advisory firm founded in 2026 after the sale of BDO Business Services to Ran Group, is looking for an accounting team leader in Sandefjord. This is an operational role combining your own client focus with leading a client team, based at the Tassebekk Office Center.

Key responsibilities

• Own about 70 % of your time on a client portfolio
• Lead and professionally follow up the client team, mainly junior resources
• Quality check deliverables and review others' work
• Take personal responsibility and contribute to the team's professional development
• Support the office manager and share workload closely
• Provide extended client contact and advice
• Contribute to developing the office and its processes
• Act as Enora's face to business and networks

Required profile

• At least about 6 years of relevant experience in accounting or audit
• Statutory certified accountant or auditor, or very solid equivalent experience
• Good experience with annual accounts and advisory
• Comfortable in client dialogue and building trust over time
• Structured, quality-conscious and professionally secure
• Willing to help build culture in a rapidly growing company

Required skills

• Experience with Tripletex, Business NXT or Xledger is an advantage but not required
• Experience with annual accounts software such as Maestro is an advantage but not required
