About the role

Join Læringsverkstedet to help children feel valuable and grow through daily activities and educational programs. You will work in a team focused on engagement, play, and the development of core values.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with Læringsverkstedet’s value platform and quality standards.
• Build equal, respectful relationships with children, listening and encouraging their participation.
• Support daily pedagogical work such as group sessions, activities, free play, and routine situations.
• Collaborate with parents and facilitate good communication.
• Participate in professional development courses offered by Læringsverkstedet Academy.

Required profile

• Relational, attentive to each child’s needs and expressive communication.
• Solution‑oriented, flexible, collaborative and able to work independently.
• Warm, caring adult who can engage in children’s play and development.
• Alignment with Læringsverkstedet’s values and willingness to grow professionally.

Required skills

• Experience working with people or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to implement safety measures with children.
• Good Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of cooking with children is a plus.
