Barnehagelærer – Nature Kindergarten Teacher

About the role

Join Læringsverkstedet Haga Naturbarnehage to help children grow through play, exploration, and a strong values platform. You will work in a small, close‑knit team across three departments, enjoying a large outdoor area for year‑round nature‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to building a strong cultural and values‑driven environment.
• Lead pedagogical work and daily operations on the department.
• Create a safe, nurturing daily routine for children and collaborate with parents and partners.
• Participate actively in play and everyday activities, meeting children’s needs through care and interaction.
• Develop and evaluate the pedagogical offer, supporting continuous improvement.
• Plan and implement annual programmes together with staff and the director.

Required skills

• Qualified higher‑education degree as a barnehagelærer or førskolelærer.
• Experience working in a kindergarten setting.
• Strong Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to obtain a police clearance certificate before start.
