B2B Account Manager

About the role

Arrive is looking for a result‑oriented, relationship‑focused B2B Account Manager to join its Oslo team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market trends to adapt Arrive’s services to customer needs.
• Present and pitch innovative parking and mobility solutions to decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Own revenue growth through a consultative sales approach and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and implementation.
• Maintain CRM data quality to drive data‑driven sales strategies.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long‑term loyalty and high satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proactive initiator motivated by winning new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers and a consultative problem‑solving mindset.
• Commercially driven, resilient and confident in presenting innovative solutions.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Documented B2B sales experience with a proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
