Territory Sales Manager, Trauma

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Trauma to combine sales, technology, and clinical work, supporting healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. The role is field‑based, focused on the Oslo/Østlandsområdet, and involves close collaboration with surgeons and hospital staff.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new customers and business opportunities in the territory.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with surgeons, hospital leadership, and purchasing organizations.
• Develop and execute territory plans and sales strategies to meet defined targets.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through implementation and ongoing customer development.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and clinical support, including presence in operating rooms.
• Follow up orders, deliveries, and customer experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent Stryker at conferences, courses, and industry events.
• Collaborate across teams and divisions to identify new opportunities and drive growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health, life sciences, or a related field.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Strong commercial understanding and relational skills.
• High energy, drive, and ability to work independently in a results‑oriented role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of orthopedic trauma solutions such as Gamma4 Nailing System and Pangea Plating System.
