Business Development Manager

About the role

ICR is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its Specialist Repair business in Norway. The role focuses on creating new sales opportunities for Technowrap Engineered Composites, Quickflange Weldless Connectors and INSONO, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business sales and achieve regional revenue targets in line with the annual business plan.
• Identify and develop leads, partners and new industry segments to expand ICR’s market presence.
• Manage key strategic accounts and partners, and nurture existing client relationships.
• Maintain a six‑month pipeline in Pipedrive CRM, providing weekly forecasts and reporting.
• Represent ICR at conferences, trade shows and networking events to gather market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in technical or oil‑and‑gas environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical connectors and composite materials is advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation ability and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly and hold a valid driving licence and passport.
