Division Manager – Rental Group Norway, Bærum

About the role

Rental Group Norway is looking for a clear and operational division manager for its Bærum unit, which has recently moved into new modern premises on Vøyenenga. The division employs nine people and covers operations, technical maintenance, logistics and customer dialogue. The role reports to the head of the rental divisions and carries full responsibility for staff, results and budget (P&L).

Key responsibilities

• Lead the division in line with current law, internal guidelines and group decisions, ensuring direction, structure and progress in daily work.
• Set goals and strategies together with management and follow up operations, processes and resource use.
• Develop and follow up employees, build a performance culture and ensure a good working environment.
• Contribute actively to commercial development through structured sales work and cooperation with the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with HSE routines and relevant laws, and uphold the company's values.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience from construction, plant or similar sectors, or from rental, with good understanding of the B2B market.
• Solid financial understanding and experience leading people and building results over time.
• Clear, structured and relationship-oriented, with strong commercial drive.
