Process Operator / Production Operator

About the role

As a Production/Process Operator you will join the Operations team to produce Vitamin K2, handling the full production cycle from raw‑material handling to final product. The position is shift‑based and reports to the Operations Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production daily, controlling raw‑material quantities, preparing solvents and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain batch protocols, monitor critical parameters and manage waste.
• Receive, register, sample and control raw materials, intermediates and final product.
• Label and store materials according to SOPs and batch protocols.
• Plan and execute minor preventive maintenance work.
• Contribute to SOP and checklist development, troubleshoot equipment issues and record production data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimise processes while following safety procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant work experience as a production or process operator in a chemical, pharmaceutical or food environment.
• Vocational training certificate as a process operator / process technician (fagbrev kjemiprosess).
• Good technical insight and communication skills in English or Norwegian.
• Self‑driven, responsible, structured and able to work both independently and in a team.
