Product Lead – Sovereign Cloud

About the role

Telenor Sovereign Cloud Norway AS builds Norway's first wholly owned, Norwegian-run end-to-end cloud platform for companies with critical systems and sensitive information, under Norwegian jurisdiction. The Product Lead is a strategic and commercial role responsible for the product strategy of Telenor Sovereign Cloud, working closely with customers, partners and internal teams. It sits within commercial leadership and works closely with the Sales Director on growth, customer adoption and market development.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and portfolio of Telenor Sovereign Cloud, based on market needs and business goals
• Ensure products meet security, sovereignty, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Build and run product pricing, packaging and commercial models
• Create productive interfaces with other Telenor units and technology suppliers
• Own the overall customer success strategy and experience, turning customer feedback into product improvements
• Work with the Sales Director on sales strategy, pipeline, value propositions and market positioning
• Launch or develop key services in the Sovereign Cloud portfolio and implement a customer success program with measurable KPIs
• Contribute significantly to pipeline and revenue growth and establish product management as a central function in the commercial organisation

Required profile

• 8-15 years of experience in product leadership and business development in cloud, IT infrastructure or SaaS
• Demonstrated experience building and launching B2B products and leading teams of experts
• Good commercial understanding and experience with product economics
• Clear communicator who thrives in a developing environment and combines strategy with strong execution

Required skills

• Strong understanding of modern cloud platforms, security and compliance
• Experience with cloud, IT infrastructure or SaaS product leadership
