Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with the Learning Workshop's value platform and quality standards.
• Build equal, respectful relationships with children, encouraging participation and confidence.
• Contribute a positive attitude and energy to both children and the work environment.
• Share responsibility for care and pedagogy, including group sessions, activities, free play, and routine situations.
• Collaborate with parents to foster a supportive partnership.
• Stay professionally updated by attending courses and training offered through the Learning Workshop Academy.

Required profile

• Compassionate, always prioritising the child's best interests.
• Relationship‑oriented, attentive, and present with each child.
• Aspiring to grow professionally with a heart for early childhood education.
• Solution‑focused, flexible, and collaborative.
• Independent, responsible, and comfortable working outdoors in any weather.

Required skills

• Experience working with people in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to act as an active adult with children and implement safety measures.
• Good Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Clean police clearance (to be provided before start).
