About the role

The MICE Sales Advisor will join Thon Hotels' Customer Center MICE department, focusing on the corporate market. The role involves handling inbound and outbound phone contacts, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored event solutions that create memorable experiences for business groups.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with corporate customers by phone to understand their event needs.
• Provide expert advice and create customized proposals for courses, conferences and other business events.
• Coordinate internally to ensure all aspects of the event are optimised and delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Contribute to a dynamic, transparent work environment by sharing results and insights.
