Senior Cloud Consultant

About the role

Sopra Steria, a leading Norwegian consulting firm for digitalisation, innovation and sustainability, is strengthening its cloud team at its Stavanger office. It works mainly with the largest companies in Norway on end-to-end projects, covering strategy, architecture, assessment and analysis of existing environments, and modernisation of infrastructure and applications in private, hybrid or public cloud.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft technology and helping organisations adopt modern cloud services
• Understanding of agile methods, DevOps approaches and architecture and integration in complex solutions
• Social, builds trust with clients and can design, implement and optimise infrastructure and platform services
• Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English

Required skills

• Microsoft technologies, preferably Azure with relevant certifications
• Security and network services from cloud platforms, and traditional on-premises Microsoft technology
• DevOps delivery model and processes
• Public cloud and/or hybrid architecture design, setup and management
• Scripting, automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep)
• Microservices and containers
