Service Technician PRO – Miele Professional

About the role

Miele Professional is looking to strengthen its team with another skilled service technician in the Oslo region. As a service technician you will carry out repairs, installations and planned service contracts on Miele Professional products, while keeping good customer contact throughout the work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs, installations and scheduled service contracts on Miele Professional products
• Ensure customers receive the best possible service and maintain good customer contact during service work
• Sell spare parts and enter into service agreements based on customer needs
• Advise customers on product replacement when the time comes

Required profile

• Vocational qualification in electrical engineering, electrical repair or automation
• Norwegian citizenship (required by some customers)
• Fluent spoken and written Norwegian
• Category B driving licence
• Spoken and written English
• Comfortable and safe use of PC and digital tools
• Competent, precise and structured, able to work independently; experience from independent work is valued
