About the role

Thon Hotel Oslofjord is looking for enthusiastic servers to work during breakfast and throughout the day. You will be part of a professional serving team in a large conference hotel serving both conference guests and restaurant visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve breakfast and lunch guests with high-quality service.
• Collaborate closely with the maître d’ and breakfast manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down service stations.
• Support the team during peak periods and special events.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to provide top‑notch service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with varied tasks.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including mornings.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
