Fagarbeider/assistant in kindergarten (100% fixed‑term)

Fagarbeider/assistant – Join us and help the world’s most important values grow! Do you want to make a difference in children’s lives every day? Læringsverkstedet Sæ kindergarten is looking for a fagarbeider/assistant on a 100 % fixed‑term contract starting 15 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the kindergarten operates in line with the Learning Workshop’s value platform and quality standards.
• Create warm, safe relationships with children, encouraging participation, skill development and confidence.
• Participate in daily care and pedagogical activities, including group sessions, free play and routine situations.
• Collaborate openly with parents and guardians, maintaining trust and communication.

Required profile

• Relationship‑oriented, attentive to each child’s needs and expressions.
• Passionate about working with children, able to engage actively in play and learning.
• Solution‑focused, flexible, collaborative yet capable of independent work and responsibility.
• Good communicator who respects diverse backgrounds and situations.

Required skills

• Experience working with people or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to act as an active adult with children and implement safety measures.
• Proficient Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to provide a police clearance before start date.
