About the role

Join the CVX Venture Scout Programme to help source attractive investment opportunities for growth companies. You will work with an experienced investment team, meet entrepreneurial founders and develop core venture‑capital skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify exciting startups in your specialist field and initiate contact.
• Research each opportunity, analysing the team, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Prepare a concise 1‑2 page investment memo summarising your thesis.
• Present your findings to the CVX Investment Team, either in‑person or online.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sourcing investment opportunities and supporting growth companies.
• Motivated, driven individual with a deep interest in entrepreneurship and venture capital.
