About the role

Elvia is establishing a new central warehouse in Eidsvoll to support Norway's largest power grid operator. As the Warehouse Manager you will shape the design, implementation and daily operation of this facility, ensuring a safe and reliable material supply for the electricity network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the set‑up and launch of the central warehouse, including the implementation of a digital warehouse management system.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, routines and data quality standards.
• Coordinate the transfer of inventory from existing sites to the new warehouse.
• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities and participate in the on‑call rotation.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of warehouse staff.

Required profile

• Education in logistics, supply chain or a related vocational qualification.
• Extensive practical experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably with relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of electrical utilities material or an electro‑technical background.
• Proximity to Eidsvoll is an advantage.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and digital inventory management.
• Data quality management in digital warehouse systems.
• Understanding of electrical material handling.
