Managing Director – CEG Norway (Construction Equipment)

About the role

Skagerak Consulting is recruiting a Managing Director for the Construction Equipment business (CEG B&C) within Construction Equipment Group (CEG), which has its headquarters in Gjerstad and operations in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland. You will hold overall responsibility for results across Norway, Sweden and internationally, leading a team of about 25 people spread across several countries and cultures, with sales turnover of 200 million NOK and a target to double it by 2029. You report to the Group CEO and sit on the group's board.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic and operational leadership of CEG Norway and international sales companies
• Daily management of Ankerløkken Equipment AS
• Sales leadership and hands-on sales work
• Develop the sales organisation and market strategy
• Strengthen brands and customer loyalty together with group management

Required profile

• Higher education in engineering or economics
• Solid commercial experience with documented results from sales leadership
• Experience of international sales and distribution through distributors
• Understanding of industrial production and technically oriented products
• Very good spoken and written Norwegian and English
• A secure, trustworthy and results-oriented leader who enjoys working closely with customers, building teams and developing people
