Production Workers – Salten Salmon

About the role

Salten Salmon, part of Salten Aqua-gruppen, started its factory in 2019 and has grown since then, producing salmon fillets used as a base for meals worldwide. It is looking for more skilled workers for its Bodø production line, working both day and night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Further processing of salmon
• Trimming and boning
• Quality sorting
• Packing and recording finished products
• Operating various production machines

Required profile

• Experience in similar work or other food production
• Knowledge of hygiene requirements in food production
• Comfortable with physical work and fast pace
• Norwegian or English
• Accuracy and quality awareness are essential
