About the role
Salten Salmon, part of Salten Aqua-gruppen, started its factory in 2019 and has grown since then, producing salmon fillets used as a base for meals worldwide. It is looking for more skilled workers for its Bodø production line, working both day and night shifts on a rotating schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Further processing of salmon
- Trimming and boning
- Quality sorting
- Packing and recording finished products
- Operating various production machines
Required profile
- Experience in similar work or other food production
- Knowledge of hygiene requirements in food production
- Comfortable with physical work and fast pace
- Norwegian or English
- Accuracy and quality awareness are essential
