Store Manager – Brilleland Steinkjer

About the role

Brilleland Steinkjer is looking for a store manager who puts people first. As store manager you will be the key person for both customers and employees, responsible for results, sales follow-up and budget, team leadership and safe, efficient store operations with high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the store's results, daily sales follow-up and budget
• Team leadership and development of the team
• Ensure effective and safe store operation with high customer satisfaction
• Motivate employees on busy and quiet days and build trust and inclusion

Required profile

• Good command of Norwegian, spoken fluently in the store and with customers
• Good enough understanding of English to follow internal courses and webinars, since much training is delivered in English
• Competitive spirit and drive for continuous improvement
• Ability to understand economics, retail and professional customer service
