Construction Engineer (Building Division) – Headquarters

About the role

Norconsult's Building Division at headquarters has about 550 people working on building and architecture business areas, including roughly 100 construction consultants who design commercial buildings, schools, hospitals and housing. The company is looking for experienced civil engineers in structural engineering to take responsibility for future projects, both technically and commercially.

Key responsibilities

• Lead single and multidisciplinary assignments in close dialogue with clients and partners
• Design concrete, steel, timber and masonry structures
• Contribute to developing the client portfolio
• Develop the professional community and mentor younger colleagues

Required profile

• Engineer or civil engineer with relevant education and experience
• Independent, team-oriented and able to work in teams
• Good oral and written communication skills
