Distriktssjef – Østfold og deler av Akershus

About the role

As a District Manager for Bosch Power Tools you will lead sales activities across Østfold and the eastern part of Akershus. You will be responsible for growing the business, strengthening customer relationships and representing world‑class power‑tool solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and develop relationships with new and existing customers in the district.
• Drive sales of Bosch’s electric tools and related solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and represent the company at trade fairs.
• Provide training and courses for customers and retailers.
• Maintain high standards of Bosch’s in‑store presence and branding.
• Implement and monitor promotional campaigns with retailers.
• Develop strategic plans to strengthen Bosch’s market position.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in tools or related sectors.
• Ability to work independently and manage a self‑directed workload.
• Structured, goal‑oriented and results‑driven mindset.
• Outgoing, service‑focused and strong collaborator.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
• Positive attitude and good sense of humor.

Required skills

• Fluency in Norwegian.
