Regional Sales Manager – Mission Critical Services (Nordics)

About the role

Frequentis is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to establish and grow its Mission Critical Services (MCX) business across the Nordic and Baltic region, with a primary focus on Norway, Finland and Sweden. The role is based in Oslo and involves close collaboration with customers in public safety and critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand the MCX business across the Nordic and Baltic markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and emerging sectors.
• Build and manage a strong partner and channel ecosystem.
• Lead complex, project‑based sales from qualification through contract award.
• Navigate public procurement processes and tender negotiations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in international sales of complex technology solutions.
• Proven experience in the Nordic market, especially Norway, Finland and Sweden.
• Background working with public‑sector customers in public safety or critical infrastructure.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding.
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MCX and 3GPP‑defined mission‑critical communication standards.
• Understanding of public‑sector procurement and tender processes.
• Experience developing partner and channel ecosystems.
