Tool Specialist – Northern Norway (Nordland & Troms)

About the role

As a Tool Specialist for Bosch you will be the face of the company to professional end‑customers in construction, civil engineering and industry across Nordland and Troms. You will work on‑site at projects, workshops and construction sites, demonstrating how Bosch tools improve efficiency, safety and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and propose complete tool solutions, focusing on battery‑driven systems, ergonomics and safety.
• Conduct product demonstrations and build strong relationships with decision‑makers and technical staff.
• Record and follow up activities in the CRM system (Salesforce) and attend trade fairs, customer events and dealer activities.

Required profile

• Experience in industry, preferably combined with construction, civil engineering or technical sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills, structured work style and result orientation.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
