About the role

The CVX Venture Scout Programme builds a network of talented VC scouts to source attractive investment opportunities. You will work with an extraordinary team, develop core venture‑capital skills, meet entrepreneurial founders and help shape the future of CVX’s investment pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify exciting startups and conduct research on their teams, markets and competition.
• Speak with founders to understand their business models and growth potential.
• Write a 1‑2 page proposal memo summarising your investment thesis.
• Present your findings in‑person or online to the CVX Investment Team.
• Learn and develop core venture‑capital skills through direct interaction with founders.
• Meet interesting entrepreneurial founders in your market and help shape the future of CVX’s investment pipeline.

• Motivated, driven individual eager to contribute to a fast‑growing venture investor.
