CNC‑programmerer – nøkkelrolle i moderne maskinpark

About the role

We are looking for a CNC Programmer to play a key role in achieving our strategic goals as we modernise our machine park. You will develop and optimise CNC programs for a wide range of components, supporting efficient, high‑quality production.

Key responsibilities

• Program components based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Develop and optimise CNC programmes in close collaboration with planning and workshop teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production methods, programmes and processes.
• Share production‑technical knowledge and act as a link between Framo Services and production units.

Required profile

• Vocational certificate in CNC machining.
• Solid experience with CNC machines and CNC programming.
• Good understanding of quality control for machined components.
• Structured, solution‑oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
• Effective communication in Norwegian and English.
