Store Manager – SPAR Voss

About the role

SPAR Voss is looking for an engaged and motivated store manager to lead and develop the store. You will have overall responsibility for the shop's operations, staff, finances and results, working closely with customers and colleagues every day.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store with the customer first
• Build, motivate and develop a strong team
• Ensure efficient and profitable operations with good execution
• Manage the budget and results, and follow up key performance indicators
• Use customer insights to find and implement improvements
• Create a good, inclusive and safe workplace

Required profile

• Results-oriented, competitive and able to get things done
• Team player who is close to customers, colleagues and operations
• Structured, systematic and reliable
• Good business understanding and ability to create good customer experiences
• Good Norwegian and a clean criminal record, because of the shop's sales licence
• Store, grocery or other operational management experience is an advantage
